Lightbulb Spider

Materials Needed:

Wooden light bulb shape (if crafting with small children) OR actual small decorative light bulb (nightlight & appliance bulbs work well)
4 Purple chenille stems
4 black chenille stems
2 (7mm) wiggly eyes
Acrylic paint: Black & Lavender
Old paint brush
Thick craft glue


INSTRUCTIONS

1. Paint light bulb black.

2. Twist a purple and a black chenille stem together. Glue this to the ridge area of the light bulb, bending at the middle and at the feet. Repeat this step until all of the chenille stems have been used.

3. Glue wiggly eyes to the small end of the light bulb.

4. Using an old brush lightly paint lavender paint onto the bulb of the spider.

Fun to set around your holiday table or displays!
